The time is today. The world is on the brink of all out war as the undead forces of Transylvania further expand and Industrialist America eyes its neighbors to replenish dwindling resources. Large scale super conflicts have become a thing of the past as an agreement between Heroics and Deviants agreed to disband all teams.

This is the setting for Nebcron Comics' first book, "PC". A covert team of Heroics are brought together to find an assassin striking at random political and corporate figures.
