Submission Guidelines
As of August 1, 2006 the Submission Guidelines have changed.

Please read the descriptions below, as each job has different guidelines.

Below the descriptions you will find other submission information, so please be sure to read the entire page before submitting your work.

Regular Artist
Nebcron Comics is currently looking to launch two books.

Even though we can only accept two regular artists at this time, we do have plans to expand and develop additional books as our market increases.

As such, we are always looking for talent!

To submit for the regular artist position, you must be prepared to show at least five samples of work.

This work can be anything from pencils, to inks, to fully colored drawings.

If we like the look of your work, you will then be sent a generic panel to panel script to see how well you tell a story visually and how quickly you can do so.

Note: Please do not send 3D modeled pictures as we are currently only looking for illustrated work.

Pin-Up Artist
As a newly forming company, we are looking to stockpile fully rendered images of our characters.

We are currently seeking artists to illustrate action pin-ups of our characters, posters, and other promotional materials.

To submit for this position, you must be prepared to show at least five samples of work.

At least one of these images must be fully rendered and colored.

If we like your work, we will contact you to discuss what images we would like you to work on.

Note: This is a freelance position and being contracted to do an image does not constitute regular employment.

Writers
At this time, Nebcron Comics is not accepting writing samples, story ideas, or scripts.

Any material of this nature will be returned to the author unread.

Rules, Guidelines, and Misc.
Sketchbook - If you have any drawings of Nebcron characters that you think might make the cut and appear on our Sketchbook page, contact us to acquire a Submission Agreement.

This agreement allows Nebcron to post the image on the site.

Rates - As a new company we are not able to pay the rates of a company such as Marvel or DC.

If this does not appeal to you, then we wish you luck on your career.

Nebcron Comics has a high regard for artists and does not wish to make anyone a slave to the system.

If you are hired or contracted, we will work on a rate that benefits all parties involved.

File Formats - When sending electronic files, please use jpg or pdf.

Zip files will not be accepted.

If you have your images posted on a website, we are happy to look at a link, but will still ask for individual files to be sent.

If you are unable to email samples of your work, please contact us for a physical address.

Artwork will not be returned, so please send copies if at all possible.
